Song In The City + UBS

Some anti-gay Up Your Streeters and I went out of their manor today for a fantabulous concert at UBS in Finsbury Square and unlike next month’s one it was free. We did traipse around to the wrong building but were in jolly good company despite the hating so all is forgiven.

It was Jan of Spitalfields who alerted me to the treat of a concert celebrating LGBT History Month featuring the talented performers from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Kinda surreal watching sopranos and tenors and performance poets under balconies of bank workers and milling crowds at the turnstile. Immersed though and you’d be at Sadlers Wells at an evening singerubs grand pian

Turns out loads of people I know as cultural stems were as gay as they come. Stewie on “Family Guy” tells Brian the talking dog that he’s sick of hearing about who’s gay. Brian cannot believe the non PC of the chatty baby who expands by saying “Well I don’t put my heterosexuality in their faces”. He’s as gay as Meg.
