Yes Agewell!! Dalston seniors and their tablets

Agewell in the Eastern Curve Garden.

Special workshop – Wednesday 1 October, 2 to 5 pm

On Wednesday afternoon, 1 October, Agewell Social Network will move from our computer centre to the Eastern Curve Garden, Dalston Lane.

We are going to be part of the Hackney Circle garden party ‘food’ event. That means we will be talking about food, photographing food, perhaps cooking and eating it too.

How to find the Eastern Curve Garden.

It’s on Dalston Lane, opposite the library. The entrance is next to the Dalston Peace Mural.

Inside the Eastern Curve Garden.

The Garden is an oasis of calm and tranquillity just 30 seconds from the Dalston Lane pavement. The glasshouse and covered area just inside the entrance are perfect for an informal mobile workshop with tablets and smartphones, which is exactly what we are going to do. Don’t worry if you don’t have a mobile device of your own – come anyway and share ours.

No need to reserve your place!

The Garden is big enough for all of us. Just come. If you would like more details, please email asn@lawns.org.uk or phone Rick on 079 4947 8210

By the way – the computer centre will be closed on the afternoon of 1 October.
