Tues 8th Oct £3 4.30-5.30pm. Restorative Yoga works therapeutically and gently to relieve health issues and restore the body and mind to a better level of health and balance. Classes are small and numerous variations are given to all postures so people of all abilities can participate. This class is for anyone with physical and/or mental health conditions. We work at your level and pace using yoga poses and breathing to provide relief from health problems. Gentle stretches are used to cleanse and balance the body and increase flexibility and tone at The Common House

Start from junction of Hatch Lane and Connington Crescent E4 6LQ (bus routes 212 and 357, Royal Star cafe and convenience shops)
Finish at Butlers Retreat, Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge and The View, Rangers Road E4 7QH (near Chingford Station and bus terminus, cafes and convenience shops)
Some slippy mud and puddles; most of the route should be good walking but sections may be unsuitable for baby buggies and wheelchairs; an upward slope.
