Joe joined the Hunt Saboteurs Association in 1982. He worked for the League Against Cruel Sports & since 2006 has remained part of the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) Enforcement Team. Integral to many groundbreaking investigations, exposés & prosecutions, he has also defended his anti-hunting beliefs successfully in the European Court of Human Rights & various domestic legal arenas. He is the founder of Hounds Off ( ).”
