We have a FREE Zumba class on Wednesday mornings for elderly and disabled people. If need be all exercise can be done seated.

Circle 33 is running a workshop for over 65s at The Mill on 23 April, between 11am and 3pm. This is open to all – not just Circle 33 tenants – so you are very welcome if you would like to attend, or if you know someone who would benefit.
