Tues 11th June free  11am, Meet Leyton Midland Railway Station  for Walking Free in Waltham Forest. The finishing point of a walk about well-known people who lived in the area is Leytonstone Station.

Thurs 13th June  £2.50   1pm.  for Silver Screen members at Hackney Picturehouse”. Reminiscence screening of  “The Best Years Of Our Lives”.

Mon 17th June  free noon until 2pm Up Your Street hosts Lea Bridge Seniors at Lea Bridge Library Community Room. “Sierra Leone memories, textiles and artefacts”. Raffle, tea, fun.
Tues 18th June  free 4-7pm Eastside Community Heritage invites us to an evening with dance, workshops and fun . ” The Luo Community in east London” at  Redbridge Library’s York Room . Part of Ramfel’s Refugee Week.
Wed 19th June  free  6-7.30pm. Come and enjoy reading poetry and sharing your writing. Centre for Better Health 1a Darnley Road Hackney. Donations always welcome. There’s free refreshments. A fortnightly event.
